This notice explains how J & J Talent Group LLC handles information provided through this website. We’re based in Lake Worth, Florida. For questions about your information, contact hello@jjtalentgroup.com.

What you choose to share

Our forms collect the contact information and recruiting details you enter, such as your name, email or phone number, company, role, location, and message. Optional fields are labeled. Website forms do not currently accept file uploads; you can send a résumé or job description separately by email.

How we use an inquiry

We use your details to respond, discuss a hiring need or career move, and continue the recruiting conversation. Candidate information is shared with an employer only with the candidate’s OK. Hosting, verification, and email providers process information as part of operating the site and delivering your message.

Reviewing and sending

You can review and edit your details before sending. Opening the review screen does not submit your inquiry. Choosing Send transmits the reviewed details to our inquiry service for delivery to the J & J email address shown. If you choose the email option, the message is prepared in your email app and you send it there.

Form drafts are kept in the current page while you work; this site does not save them to browser storage for later visits. Leaving or refreshing the page may clear them.

Services that keep the site working

Cloudflare hosts the site, provides Turnstile verification, and delivers direct form messages to our email. These services process technical information, including network and browser information, to operate and protect the service. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site. The site uses temporary browser session storage for page-transition effects. It does not put your form contents in that storage. The inquiry service keeps a limited delivery receipt for 24 hours to prevent duplicate sending; that receipt contains a message fingerprint and delivery status, not the message text. This receipt period does not apply to emails delivered to our inbox.

Questions, corrections, and requests

Messages you send become part of our recruiting correspondence. Email hello@jjtalentgroup.com to ask about information you have shared, correct your details, request deletion, or tell us you no longer want to be contacted. Include enough context for us to locate the conversation; do not send sensitive identity documents through the website form.

External links, including LinkedIn, lead to services with their own privacy practices. We’ll update this notice when the website’s handling of information changes.
